About Us

Kinrara Metta Buddhist Society (KMBS) was founded in the year 2004 under the guidance of Venerable. B. Sri Saranankara, Nayaka Maha Thera, Chief Monk (Judiciary) of Malaysia and Chief Incumbent of Sri Lanka Buddhist Temple, Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. KMBS is a community based Buddhist centre located in Puchong, which brings the teachings of the Buddha to the community of Puchong and the Klang Valley. The Society has grown steadily over the years with an increasing number of residents seeking Buddhist spiritual education for themselves and their young families. It is an oasis of solace and self-nourishment.
