KMBS Dhamma Connect (DC) 4 Noble Truths (May to Oct. 2024)

These Truths are the core of the Buddha’s teachings and are essential for understanding and practising Buddhism effectively. They were first taught by the Buddha in the Dhammacakkapavattana Sutta at the Deer Park in Sarnath. The Blessed One addressed to the monks, saying” There are these two extremes; the pursuit of sensual happiness and the pursuit of self-mortification. Not having approached either of these two extremes, the middle path (Noble Eightfold Path) was awakened to by the Realised One.”
