Metta Day (20 June 2024)
Metta Day, also known as the Day of Loving-Kindness, is a special day dedicated to the practice of Metta with our Kalyanamitta on the Full Moon Day. The purpose of Metta Day is to deepen our Dhamma practice by cultivating and expressing loving-kindness towards oneself and others. It is a time to develop goodwill, compassion and a sense of interconnectedness with all beings.
Please join us on Thursday, 20 June 2024, from 9.30am to 3.00pm at KMBS. We are honored to have Bhante Dr G Chandima share a Dhamma Talk at 1.30pm on βDying with Concerns: Nakulapitu Sutta (AN 6.16)β and provide us the opportunity to offer Dana.
If you wish to offer Lunch Dana, please bring Cooked Vegetarian Food and Fruits to KMBS by 10.30 am.
