Metta Day (24 Feb. 2024)
Metta Day, also known as the Day of Loving-Kindness, is a special day dedicated to the practice of Metta with our Kalyanamitta on the Full Moon Day.

The purpose of Metta Day is to deepen our Dhamma practice by cultivating and expressing loving-kindness towards oneself and others. It is a time to develop goodwill, compassion and a sense of interconnectedness with all beings.
